Yup... bacon. And not that funky wanna-be crap either. No turkey, tofu, unpig or whatever other weak sauce effort people try to pass as bacon these days. Think the good stuff, brushed with a hint of liquid smoke, then hickory smoked to a state of awesome.
I had to vet a load of samples trying to call themselves bacon to get to this beauty... too fun, and you can bet one of these is going in the man cave. - James
